How Macedonians do Business
Conversation between Aleksandar & his son.
Aleksandar: I want you to marry a girl of my choice.
Son: "I will choose my own bride!"
Aleksandar:"But the girl is Bill Gate's daughter."
Son: "Well, in that case... OK"
Next Aleksander approaches Bill Gates.
Aleksandar: "I have a husband for your daughter."
Bill Gates: "But my daughter is too young to marry!"
Aleksandar: "But this young man is a vice-president of the World Bank."
Bill Gates: "Ah, in that case ... OK"
Finally Aleksandar goes to see the president of the World Bank.
Aleksandar: "I have a young man to be recommended as a vice-president."
President: "But I already have a vice-president that I need!"
Aleksandar: "But this young man is Bill Gate's son-in-low."
President: "Ah, in that case...OK"

Now the part with the Clock is still standing and the clock is stopped at the time of the earthquake.
Again the National Bank from the left and the Army Headquarters from right and in between the main square of Skopje.
The national Macedonian National Theater. Now is it in process of rebuilding.
People say it had a very good acoustics.
